- It is obtained through a long cold infusion in water of lemons, allowing a slow extraction of essential oils, combined with a small addition of fresh juice. This gentle process preserves the full aromatic intensity and natural freshness of the fruit, creating a surprisingly rich experience - with zero alcohol.
